Shipping Policy

At 88-Infinity Visions de Chanté, every piece of textile art is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our creations are handmade, we appreciate your patience as we ensure that each order meets our high standards of quality. Below is our shipping and processing policy to help guide you through what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing Time

All of our textile art pieces are made-to-order. After your order is placed, the processing time to create and prepare your item for shipping is 5 to 7 business days. This allows time for the handmade creation process, including drying and quality checks.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, we will ship it based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are estimated as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after processing

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, 88-Infinity Visions de Chanté ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to reach a global audience in the near future but please be mindful that the costs will be higher.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control (such as weather or carrier issues). If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at lm@88toinfinity.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
