Returns and Refunds

Since each item is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We will happily replace any defective merchandise. Please contact us at lm@88toinfinity.com within 5 days of receipt of item to qualify for replacement. Before contacting us, please note the following: 

• In order to qualify for an exchange, please include date of purchase and image of damaged / defective item
• If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with an image of the damaged packing/box and item. We can not file a claim with out proof of the damage caused during transit. 
•  Items which arrive damaged are eligible for replacement only if the item has not been put to use after discovery of damage. Additionally, please do not attempt to alter or correct the product before contacting us, as this may render it ineligible for exchange. 

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been washed, or altered
• Items not reported as damaged or defective within 5 business days after delivery.
